Following their outstanding efforts on the country this winter, Mark Smith, Jonny Howe, Jack Tallentire and Connor Prior have been selected to join Jessica Fox and Sarah Knight in the North-East team for the Inter-County Cross-Country Championships in Cofton Park, Birmingham on March 12th.

Mark, Jonny and Jack will take their places in the Under-20 Men's team for the 8000m race which kicks off the programme at 11.00.

Connor follows his older club-mates onto the course in the second race of the day, over 3000m, whilst Jessica and Sarah will represent the Under-20 Women, over 6000m, and Under-15 Girl's squads (4000m) respectively.

In addition, Nathan Reed, amongst Senior Men, and Chris Bell in the Junior Men's age group, have been selected as reserves.
